If you were to put your home on the market at the correct price, you would sell quickly due to the lower inventory levels & you would be able to find that home you want as there are more in that price range. Then, to add the cherry on top, interest rates are continuing to rise. If the rates increased by a quarter of a percent, that could cost you an additional $55,000 on a 30 year mortgage.
Bottom line, if you are thinking about selling your home, don’t wait as you can find deals in that next house you want and get what you need on your current house to make this all happen!
